Wellington-Altus is an independent wealth advisory company in Canada that puts their clients at the forefront of their business to create uniquely tailored investing opportunities.
Located in the heart of Kelowna and surrounded by a view of the city’s mountainous landscape, Wellington-Altus wanted a spacious layout for their employees and clients to feel comfortable and supported. Using materials with innate strength, such as wood and marble, reflects the sophistication and luxury that Wellington-Altus provides to their clients. The dark neutral palette throughout the office imparts a clean and elegant tone.
The strategic glazing provides an open and modern feel throughout the office, emphasizing the incredible lake and mountain views. In the large boardroom we utilized smart glass that allows for privacy while in use and then, with a click of a button, it offers unobstructed views of the lake from the reception area and coffee station.
The use of glazed office walls throughout the floorplan allows natural light into the open office area and workstations. This ample natural light creates a bright space that improves employees’ focus and productivity and greets clients with the exceptional views of the Kelowna landscape.
